Sabine Pirkner brings twenty years’ experience working with senior executives as a trusted coach and advisor on C-Level and leadership team assessment and development agendas. She works with regional and global corporations, family-owned businesses, and with the public sector.

Sabine advises clients on executive and leadership development topics, succession-planning, talent management, cultural and organizational change projects, as well as management audits and assessments.

Sabine deploys an adaptive coaching approach to enable leaders to reach maximum effectiveness. Coaching is proven to be one of the fastest ways for a leader to grow, manage major transitions, and achieve improved results. Sabine believes that coaching is a development process that is “guided” by the coach but “powered” by the coachee.

Sabine worked for many years for KornFerry in Austria, and more recently for Russell Reynolds in Germany. She previously worked for several multinational corporates, including Accenture and Aon Hewitt.
